This wine is considered the "classic" Prosecco. It is a combination of aromatic quality and sapidity on the palate with brilliant straw-yellow color enlivened by its perlage. Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Extra Dry has fresh and rich fruity aroma of apple and pear with a hint of citrus fruit that fades into the floral bouquet. The taste is soft, yet dry thanks to its great acidity. Residual sugar of 12 - 20 grams per litre. It is an excellent accompaniment to vegetable soups, pasta dishes with light meat sauce, fresh cheeses and white meats.
